Motion: The Board of the Studio City Neighborhood Council has reviewed the Monthly Expenditure Report for May 2018, and hereby accepts and approves.

01:06:06 – Budget Committee Report by Patrick Lewis (2 min per stakeholder and member).

01:06:49 – Motion A: The Board of the Studio City Neighborhood Council approves the expenditure of $350.00 by Keith Schwalenberg for the promotion/advertising of the Return of the Totally Awesome Picnic and Movies in the Park.

01:08:05 – Motion B: The Board of the Studio City Neighborhood Council approves the reimbursement of $ X .00 to Rob Schiller for Costco expenditures related to the already board approved picnic, and under its approved expenditure.

01:11:12 – Motion D: The Board of the Studio City Neighborhood Council approves the expenditure of $500.00 towards Officer Appreciation events this spring, for the North Hollywood and Van Nuys Division Officers.

01:13:06 – Motion E: The Board of the Studio City Neighborhood Council approves the expenditure of up to $2,000 for the Studio City Public Library (Friends of the Studio City Library) for after school and summer programs.

01:18:34 – Motion F: The Board of the Studio City Neighborhood Council approves the expenditure of up to $5,000 for the purchase of items for the preparation of hygiene kits to be distributed to homeless stakeholders by the North Hollywood Interfaith food Pantry located in Studio City, LA Family Housing (the lead agency for Adult and Family homeless services and housing in the East San Fernando Valley) and the SCNC Committee on Homelessness.

Motion G: The Board of the Studio City Neighborhood Council approves the expenditure of up to $5,000 for the purchase of items for the preparation of earthquake preparedness kits to for distribution to stakeholders at either the SCNC Totally Awesome Picnic or the 2018 National Night Out.

Motion H: The Board of the Studio City Neighborhood Council approves the expenditure of up to $5,000.00 for the Teen Court Project for Justice by PESA (Parents, Educators/Teachers & Students in Action).
